In his defence, the man wrote: Main berozgar aadmi hoon. Mere paas BPL ration card hai. Dilli sarkar,High Court,Supreme Court ke adeshon ka palan yeh hospital nahi kar raha hai. Mere sar par ghane bhal aane ke liye, mujhe aapke aspatal se muft mein ilaj aur davai chahiye. Main stem cell se apne sar par lambe, kale ghane baal ugane ka ilaj karana chahata hoon (I am unemployed and have a BPL ration card. This hospital is violating the orders of the Delhi government,HC and SC. I want to grow a mop of thick black hair, and for that I want free treatment and medicines from the hospital. I want to take stem cell therapy to grow long, dark and thick hair).
