Four get life term in Aditya Aggarwal murder case

Gurgaon: A city court on Tuesday awarded life imprisonment to Niti Aggarwal and three others for the murder of Aditya Aggarwal,her husband,in 2007. The court had convicted the four a few days ago. Niti alongwith the help of her cook,with whom she had allegedly fell in love,her driver and another associate murdered Aditya. The body was later,dumped in Bhairot,Rajasthan.

Court summons DLF ACP in Ruchi Bhuttan case

Gurgaon: A city court on Tuesday served a show cause to ACP DLF for failing to submit himself in court along with the progress in the Ruchi Bhuttan suicide case,even after the court had asked him to do earlier.A show cause has been sent to him and been directed to be present with the report by 9 am tomorrow, said Ruchis family advocate Hirein Sharma. Meanwhile,Meera Chopra has decided to move the Punjab and Haryana High Court after her anticipatory bail was rejected by the city court.
