Two people drowned while bathing in the Yamuna on Friday afternoon. Santosh (20) and Kuldeep (16) drowned after losing balance while bathing and the strong currents overpowered them,while their friends Chanchal and Praveen were rescued. All were residents of Kalandar Colony in Dilshad Garden. The bodies have not been recovered yet.
