Two cholera cases have been reported in Government Multi Specialty Hospital,Sector 16 here on Thursday.

Two cholera cases have been reported in Government Multi Specialty Hospital,Sector 16 here on Thursday. Four-year-old,Kajal,a resident of Kisangarh had come to GMSH-16 and was diagnosed with cholera and was provided treatment there. Another child,Vikas,resident of Kisangarh was suffering from cholera when he reached the GMSH-16 and was given the required medicines. Earlier this month a four-year-old Rupesh from Mauli Jagran was tested positive for cholera. He was taken to General Hospital,Sector 6,Panchkula and was given treatment there. In 2009 a large number of cholera cases were reported from different colonies in city due to the consumption of contaminated water.
