Chandigarh: Dev Samaj College of Education Saturday celebrated “maat-pita-santan divas” by paying tributes to parents. The purpose was to show respect to the sacrifices made by the parents for their children. Chairman and secretary of Dev Samaj College,Nirmal Singh Dhillon said old age homes are blots on our culture.
