I needed to make a film,” so he narrated an idea to Kalki,“whose playwriting skills are fantastic enough to win her an award.” She wrote random scenes…I rewrote it,and there it was,The Girl in Yellow Boots,a thriller which features Kalki, Prashant Prakash,Gulshan Devaiyah,Pooja Swaroop,Kumud Mishra,Shiv Subramanyam,Divya Jagdale,Thani and Naseeruddin Shah,and has music by debutante Naren Chandavarkar. Apart from this,he has a nine film deal with UTV and is producing Vikram Motwani’s Udaan,and directing a comedy Ramleela. As for Bombay Velvet,it will take time.
