Reshuffle again: Arun Sharma back as CM’s Private Secy

The state government has sought Mittal’s return for his impending posting in the CM’s office. Mittal may not replace Bhim Sen,the present Principal Secretary,but could be posted to handle key monitoring and coordination work,besides taking over the charge of personnel department,which was given to Bhim Sen as an additional charge. Personnel Secretary Diljit Dogra will now work as Managing Director,HP State Civil Supplies Corporation,a charge he was already holding. Vijay Chandan has now been posted as Director,Technical Education,at Sundernagar. The transfer orders were issued late on Tuesday evening. Harinder Hira,Additional Chief Secretary (Revenue),was posted as Additional Chief Secretary,Food and Civil Supplies,besides the charge of labour and employment. P C Kapoor,Principal Secretary,PWD,gets posting as Financial Commissioner (Revenue),retaining the present charge.

Ajay Bhandari,Secretary,General Administration,has been given the additional charge of Home and Vigilance. He has been relieved of the charge of Chief Executive Officer,Himurja,which has now been given to Harsh Mitter,a Indian Forest Services officer.

Ramsubhag Singh,who was given the charge of Secretary (Home),will now stay as Secretary,Animal Husbandry,Agriculture and Public Relations.

Sarojini Gangu Thakur,Additional Chief Secretary,who was relieved of Town and Country Planning,Housing and Urban Development,will now retain only Environment,Science and Technology.

Anita Tegta,Secretary (Revenue),has been transferred as MD,State Agro-Industries Corporation. V C Katoch,Settlement Officer,Shimla,will replace B R Verma as Labour Commissioner. Both will swap their places of posting.

G K Srivastava,Additional District Magistrate,Sirmour,returns to Shimla as Secretary in the Consumer Commissioner’s office. Lokinder Chauhan,Additional Director,Social Welfare,will replace him. S S Guleria,Director,Technical Education,has been posted as Special Secretary,Health.
