Chandigarh Police on Sunday night arrested a truck driver and seized 424 cartons of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), which were being smuggled hiding under boxes of medicines to Patna, Bihar.

Further probe is on to ascertain the name of the main accused.
