Black Magic takes its restrobar image a step further with all-new menu and meals
Come Saturday nights and Black Magic at DLF Mall spins a spell that lasts long. The place so far known for its theme bashes and wilder party nights is now going a step further with an all-new food menu and executive meals on offer. “When it comes to parties,Black Magic definitely rocks but there’s more to restrobar than just music and dance,” shares Black Magic’s Mannika Singh as she slips across a handout that lists out their all-new executive meals designed by their in-house Chef Ajay. In an aim to get everyone to make the most of the well spread out lounge that’s as active during the day as it is at night,Black Magic’s all-new executive meals priced at Rs 149 (vegetarian option) and Rs 199 (non-vegetarian) offer wholesome munch for the neighbouring corporate crowd coupled with good music. Expect the likes of ‘Paneer Makhni’ or ‘Malai Kofta’ with rice, raita, salad and roti to ‘Veg Hakka Noodles’ or ‘Veg Fried Rice’ with Veg Manchurian and crispy noodle salad to choose for your afternoon lunch. For those looking for a non-vegetarian spread there’s ‘Murg Makhni’ or a ‘Murg Methi’ combo that comes with rice, cucumber salad, mix raita and roti. There’s also the popular Chicken or Mutton Keema Naan with gravy on the menu.
“Since we are in the heart of the corporate hub,the idea is to offer office-goers a quick break. Just enough to relax, stretch a little and after a hearty meal head back to work,” mentions Mannika as we eye the restrobar’s bartender Himal already getting ready for work. “Himal’s designed flaming shots as part of our ‘Flaming Tadka Winter Fusion Festival’,” added Singh. True to its name, the shots arrive with a flame on top! “Now that the weather’s taking a turn,it would add a warm note to the evenings,” mentioned Himal.
The new meals apart,Chef Ajay has also given the restrobar’s menu a makeover. “We now offer Indian,Chinese and even Continental dishes,” informed the Chef as he pointed out specials like ‘Chupa Rustam’,a combination of grounded vegetables, stuffed with cheese to ‘Bhutte ke Kebab’ and ‘Murg Hazaarvi’.
