Ive been a PI for 20 years and doing polygraphs for five years. I live in LA and have been involved in the entertainment field somewhat in the past so I know what it takes to put a production together and think that helps in the process of the show.

* How long have you been a polygraphist? What made you opt for this line of work?
Ive been a PI for 20 years and doing polygraphs for five years. I live in LA and have been involved in the entertainment field somewhat in the past so I know what it takes to put a production together and think that helps in the process of the show. I was friends with Nick Savastano who was the examiner when Moment of Truth started. When it got sold all over the world he could not be everywhere and brought me aboard.

* With Moment of Truth,were you startled with the results,do people actually tell the truth?
We rely heavily on the polygraph instrument and yes,people do tell the truth.

* How accurate is a lie detector test?
The same instrument and measures are used on the contestants as it is for any test. The lie is detected by psychological changes that occur in the body when the person is not truthful. We monitor a persons breathing rate,skin conductance and sweat pores,and heat rate and blood volume. When a person is truthful the body functions with its normal patterns with no significant or consistent changes.

* Have you ever undergone a polygraphy test yourself?
Not really!

* There are sites which teach you how to beat a polygraph test. Do you know about anti-polygraphy?
After years of experience,pathological liars are easily detected even if they set out initially to bluff the machine. Chances are rare that anybody is successful at this.

* Tell us a little bit about India and the Indian association.
Before coming on the show,I had never been to India. Its been a different experience and I enjoy getting to learn abut different cultures. But no matter where we are from,we seem to have the same issues in our lives whether its with family,friends,spouses,work. Im always curious to hear how the show is doing once it airs. I think it will be successful in India. They have a great production company and network behind the show.
