Theres a growing demand for not just ingredients,but bakeware and cookware as well. We have for the first time brought to India brands such as Lodge,Wilton,Nordic Ware and Norpro, says owner Swaran Singh Oberoi. To encourage amateur chefs,the store hosted a garden party recently that saw a special presentation of hors d oeuvres. With its extensive offer of ingredients and tools,the store caters to everyone be it a MasterChef Australia fan looking to try his hands at a creme brulee,or a professional on the hunt for the perfect baking tray.
