Chandigarhs party plans get a new destination,as Delhis popular lounge and restaurant Buzz opened its doors in a brand new avatar in Sector 17. With music ruling the charts all seven days of the week,Buzz wants to create a place for itself with people of all age-groups,with its ambience,food and music designed for a long evening out.
The idea is to offer complete entertainment and not just clubbing. So while there is a small stage for people to shake a leg,we have a spacious deck outside for those who want to relax with a drink and some friends. And of course,each day we have a theme of music,which really is the high point of Buzz, says Sorabh Saig,General Manager,Buzz.
As for the food,pre-plated is the rule here,with Oriental classics sharing space with Mediterranean preparations,as well as Indian food. The lunch and dinner menu brings together flavours of the world in each category ranging from finger food,salads,mains and dessert specials,with the tiramisu being a must-eat. A section of the menu is devoted to comfort food Semolina prawns with ginger pickle,Southern Style Chicken Crisps on Skewers,Mezze Platter,and Tofu and Veggie Imperial Rolls. One of the specialities here is non-vegetarian peanuts,which the chef says have been created with chicken stock.
