Class X student stabbed outside school gate

A Class X student of Government High School,Sector 38,was allegedly stabbed by three persons outside the school on Monday afternoon.

A Class X student of Government High School,Sector 38,was allegedly stabbed by three persons outside the school on Monday afternoon. The victim has been identified as 18-year-old Dharampal,a resident of Dadu Majra Colony.

According to the police,Dharampal was coming out of the school along with his friend Vikram when the incident took place. “One of their friends had come outside the school to pick them up. Suddenly three persons,identified as Rocky,Mukesh and Vicky,came running towards them with sticks in their hands. They caught hold of Dharampal while the other two managed to escape,” said a police officer.

Dharampal told the police that the accused beat him and later stabbed him in the back with a knife. The victim was rushed to the Government Multi-Specialty Hospital in Sector 16. Doctors attending to the victim stated him to be out of danger. Police said the brawl was the result of an old enmity between the students. Police have registered a case under Section 324,506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code against the three accused and started investigations.
