CBI files case in missing realtor case

PANCHKULA: On the directions of Punjab and Haryana High Court,the CBI registered a case related to the missing Panchkula real estate developer 54-year-old Deepak Sagar,who has been missing since June 1,2009. Panchkula police initially registered a case of abduction but five months later they added murder charges in the case. A Special Investigation Team of Haryana Police was also constituted to probe the case,but they too failed to make any headway. P3

GMCH-32 faces nurses shortage

CHANDIGARH: The Government Medical College and Hospital- Sector 32,which is already battling constant exodus of doctors during the past nine months,is now facing a similar problem on the nursing staff front. As against the sanctioned posts of 403,at any given time there only about 200 nurses to take care of about 700-800 patients in the hospital.
