A four member delegation led by the Ambassador of Kasai - Occidental Province of Democratic Republic of Congo,Alex Kande Mupompa on Wednesday called on Punjab Governor Shivraj V Patil at Punjab Raj Bhavan and apprised him that it wants to explore natural resources of its country.
