Chandigarh Police has procured a Light Armoured Troops Carrier. The bullet- and explosive-proof vehicle will be used to ferry commandos of a crack team to any spot instantly in case of a-Mumbai like terror attack where the terrorists positioned themselves in hotels and buildings.
