2,000 students visit MBA fare

MBA EXPO – the two day event for MBA aspirants of the region,kick-started here at GGDSD College,Sector 32 on Friday. Day One of the Expo saw around 2,000 students participating in it. The day was full of events ranging from ad-mad show to seminars by various experts on Mass Communication and HR. Tips on how to select B-schools and where to join were also given. There were simulated group discussions and personal interview workshops running the entire day. The highlight of the day was a huge turnout of students who wanted to enquire about their dream B-schools.

“I am very pleased with the first day show. As expected,students loved the idea of going through this complete academic experience”,said Amit Hans,director EduCorp,which has collaborated with the college for the event. The most pleased were the students who could not have asked for more. “This is amazing. We could not have expected a better learning experience. We are going to come back tomorrow,” announced a beaming group of MBA aspirants.

Day Two of the event would have lot more and bigger activities. The hallmark of Day 2 will be seminars on advertising and finance,which will be conducted by Bharat Dabholkar (advertising guru of Amul Butter fame and Bollywood actor) and Ankush Jain (VP,ING Vysya Bank) and a special session for working people by ISB Hyderbad – world’s top B-school. Students can also take free mock FMS on day two. Students may join MBA EXPO on day 2 from 11.00 AM to 6.00 PM and meet top B-schools like ISB,IMI,MICA,Symbiosis,IIMT and many more.
