2 snatching cases reported

Two cases of snatching by unknown youths were reported in Sectors 41 and 45 on Saturday afternoon in which the snatchers fled with the gold chains of two women. While the Chandigarh Police has registered an FIR in both the cases,the snatchers are still at large.

In the first incident,Anita Rani,a resident of Sector 41-D complained about the snatching by two unknown youths near her residence while she was returning from Sector 41- A around 2.15 pm.

The other case was reported at around 3.15 pm in which Pinky Kapoor,a resident of Sector 45- D complained about the snatching of her gold chain while she was on her way from the Burail Market. The incident occurred near House Number 307,Sector 45- D.
