Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri Box Office Collection Prediction Day 1: The Sameer Vidwans directorial Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri is all ready to start its theatrical run on Christmas Day. The romantic flick starring Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday has already opened its advance bookings, and it looks like it will have to fight for its space amid Dhurandhar wave. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the film has sold tickets worth Rs 2.36 crore for day 1, not considering the block seats.

The film is already surrounded by controversy, like most films these days, and the opening day numbers need to be encouraging enough for the makers. The movie currently has 3562 shows all over the country and has sold over 61000 tickets. That brings it to an average of just 17 audience members per screen. While these numbers aren’t exactly positive on paper, the film might just have a successful opening day.

Let’s consider Kartik and Aaryan’s previous films at the box office. Kartik had Anees Bazmee’s behemoth hit Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which made Rs 260 crore net in India. Its worldwide collection was Rs 400 crore. Its opening day numbers were Rs 35 crore, and it only made Rs 12.83 lakh on its first day of advance booking. Even though it had 3 more days till its release, that is a handsome jump. On the other hand, Ananya Panday was last seen in Karan Singh Tyagi’s Kesari Chapter 2, which made Rs 145 crore worldwide.

Its advance booking for day 1 was worth Rs 2.06 crore, and its opening day numbers were Rs 7.75 crore. Bhool Bhulaiyaa and Kesari Chapter 2 both did well at the box office, with the former exceeding expectations. Similarly, this film could do really well, considering it is already in a better position than the two films. Considering the block seat, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri’s collection goes up to Rs 3.6 crore. Maharashtra currently leads the pack with sales worth Rs 76.13 lakh, followed closely by Rs 58.01 lakh.

Directed by Sameer Vidwans, the cast of the film includes Kartik Aaryan, Ananya Panday, Jackie Shroff, Neena Gupta, Tiku Talsania, Ishita Dutta and Gaurav Pandey.
