Four Customs officials suspended in Gujarat

AHMEDABAD: The Customs Department on Thursday suspended four officials recently arrested by Central Bureau of Investigation in connection with a bribery racket over clearance of import and export consignments of an Ahmedabad-based company. The suspended officials have been identified as Ahmedabad Customs Superintendent K C Suresh; Mundra Customs Superintendent Akhil Barot; and Customs inspectors Devendra Sangavan and M B Chaudhary.

NIF exhibition at Rashtrapati Bhavan

AHMEDABAD: Ahmedabad-based National Innovation Foundation will organise the second annual innovation exhibition at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi from March 14 to 17. The exhibition will be inaugurated by the President.
