IndiGo launches second daily flight to Indonesia, now from Mumbai

Airline major Indigo has announced the launch of daily flights connecting Mumbai to Denpasar in Bali, Indonesia, starting October 18. This addition marks the second route to Bali, adding to IndiGo’s existing daily flights between Bengaluru and Bali. IndiGo will operate its Airbus A320 aircraft on this route. Bookings for these flights can be done on IndiGo’s official website (www.goIndiGo.in), the IndiGo mobile app, or through any of its authorised travel partners.

Vinay Malhotra, Head of Sales, IndiGo, said: “With the launch of daily flights to Bali from Mumbai, in addition to Bengaluru, IndiGo now connects two major metros to Bali, an increasingly popular leisure destination for relaxation and exploration. We are certain that customers will appreciate having these increased options to fly, with India’s preferred carrier, to Bali.”

Bali ranks among Southeast Asia’s most sought-after destinations for leisure, weddings, and wellness tourism and has an “array of spiritual sites and natural wonders, ecosystem of varied experiences coupled with convenient visa policies make it a popular choice amongst Indian travellers,” Malhotra said.
