According to the company, the automatic version of the Abarth 595 Competizione can sprint from 0-100 km/h in 7.4 seconds and has a top speed of 205 km/h. However, the manual transmission variant that has a top speed of 210 km/h will not be sold in India.
The 595 Competizione comes equipped with drilled and ventilated four piston front and rear disc brakes. The small hatch gets a fuel tank capacity of 35 litres and a boot space of 185 litres. Overall, the Fiat Abarth 595 Competizione measures 3,657mm in length, 1,627mm in width and 1,485mm in height.
With the launch of the Fiat Abarth 595 Competizione in India, the Italian carmaker is set to offer other Abarth models in the country such as the Fiat Punto Evo Abarth and the Fiat Avventura Abarth. Both the models are expected to be launched later this year or by 2016. It is also said that these Abarth models will receive the same powertrains under the hood, but will be tuned to offer less output.
