Paridhi Sharma

Paridhi Sharma is a television actor best known for playing the character of Jodha Bai in historical drama Jodha Akbar. Paridhi began her acting career in 2010 with TV show Tere Mere Sapne, where she played Meera/Rani. She also starred in Ruk Jaana Nahin portraying the role of Mehek. Between 2013 and 2015 she was a part of Jodha Akbar. After the show ended, she was seen hosting Code Red. Paridhi was last seen in Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum as Ambika, which went off air in August 2016. Paridhi has won five awards, all for playing Jodha Bai opposite actor Rajat Tokar, who played Emperor Akbar. The 29-year-old actor hails from Indore. She did her MBA until she found her calling in acting. Paridhi tied the knot with Ahmedabad based guy Tamnay Saxena. The two are expecting their first child. Paridhi has never been quite vocal about her personal life. She loves to paint and dance. As Paridhi is ready to embrace motherhood, she is on a break from acting.
