A dayafter MNS MLA Ram Kadam was arrested and released on bail in a case of assault lodged by a civic official in Ghatkopar,the state government told Bombay High Court Wednesday it would file a chargesheet against Kadam and MLA Kshitij Thakur of Bahujan Vikas Aghadi Party,who allegedly assaulted assistant police inspector Sachin Suryavanshi in the legislative assembly,by the month-end.
