Delhi, Jan 25 (ANI): Janata Dal (United) JD(U) leader KC Tyagi on Monday held Bharatiya Janata Party responsible for political crisis in Arunachal Pradesh. He said the move is against the spirit of co-operative federalism. Attacking the BJP, Congress leader PL Punia said recommendation of the President rule in Arunachal pradesh is the "murder of democracy". BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi countered the statements and said the Centre has taken this step as the state is in a "constitutional trouble".

New Delhi, Jan 15 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Nalin Kohli questioned the integrity of Aam Admi Party (AAP) supremo and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on his statement promising rupees one crore to the Pathankot attack martyr’s family provided they came to power in Punjab. He accused the AAP of reducing the supreme sacrifice of the Army men to ‘votes and politics’. Janata Dal (United) leader KC Tyagi on the other hand extended support towards Kejriwal and said that he did nothing wrong by raising such a statement. He said it was common during the elections for politicians to voice such sentiments.

Delhi/Mumbai, Jan 10 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Subramanian Swamy on Sunday raised question against Manish Tewari asking him that he knew VK Singh's reality so why was he silent all these time? He further stated that he thinks that the Congress is running out of issues and that's why have targeted VK Singh as they find him a soft target. Congress leader Pramod Tiwari said that he cannot comment in anything in this regard as he is unaware of the truth. He further said that only Defence Ministry can tell the truth about it. Janata Dal (United) leader KC Tyagi said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should take the matter seriously and should sack VK Singh immediately. He further said that VK Singh was a controversial person and so enquiry should be made as his words cannot be trusted.

New Delhi, Jan 08 (ANI): With Amitabh Bachchan set to replace Aamir Khan as the brand ambassador of Incredible India campaign run by the Tourism Ministry, Janata Dal (United) leader KC Tyagi on Friday slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led government for removing Khan and dubbed the move as 'culturally intolerant'. Tyagi said that Amitabh Bachhan is a great actor and he doesn’t have any objection on this name (for Incredible India campaign). He added that Aamir Khan was doing his job properly but the current government could not accept his comments.
