IGNOU extends re-registration deadline for ODL, online mode courses

The last date for the same is now August 15. Interested students can complete their IGNOU re-registration from--onlinerr.ignou.ac.in.

A Professor of Library and Information Science since 2003, Prof Uma Kanjilal has been at the forefront of integrating digital tools in education. She is currently the National Coordinator for the Ministry of Education’s SWAYAM and SWAYAM PRABHA initiatives.

The open university has extended the application deadline for all online distance learning and online mode programmes.

Interested learners can visit the SWAYAM platform to enroll in the courses before the deadline of 15 September. The course will commence on 15 July and conclude on 15 November. Candidates can register at onlinecourses.swayam2.ac.in.

Already registered candidates will have to use their username and password to log in. In case, candidates face difficulty in registering on the portal – not getting OTP, forgot username, password, or other difficulty – the regional centre should be approached for resetting of the account or updating of email ID and mobile number.

IIT Bombay, Kharagpur, & others on UGC's defaulter list for non-compliance of anti-ragging norms

The defaulters IITs are - IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Palakkad and IIT Hyderabad. Similarly, IIM Bombay, IIM Rohtak and IIM Tiruchirpalli are also on the list. The defaulters also include AIIMS Raebareli and National Institute of Design -- Delhi, Andhra Pradesh and Haryana.
