Bihar road rage case: Rocky Yadav, two others sentenced to life imprisonment; father Bindi Yadav gets five-year for harbouring accused

The three convicts awarded life imprisonment were Rocky Yadav, Teni and Rajesh Kumar. They were convicted under Sections 302 (murder), 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code. All the sentences will run concurrently. All the accused have also been convicted under the Arms Act.

Aditya was shot dead after he overtook Rocky’s Range Rover on May 7, 2016. Rocky is the son of suspended JD(U) MLC Manorama Devi, who was earlier held for storing liquor after Bihar promulgated Prohibition in April last year.
