Mumbai, Jan 09 (ANI): Director and screenwriter Shyam Benegal on Saturday said that the main attempt is to minimize the use of scissors while certifying films, which means the committee, will need to grade films more carefully. He further said that the committee will have to work on the guidelines as India is a complex and diverse society.
