In addition, tele-counselling services will be available from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm on all working days. Students and parents can interact with a panel of 73 trained professionals, including principals, counsellors and special educators from CBSE-affiliated schools, as well as qualified psychologists.

The board has consistently cautioned institutions in previous years against irregularities in internal assessments, noting that such practices undermine the credibility of the examination system.
