New Delhi, Mar 01 (ANI): Union Minister for Sanitation and Drinking Water Birender Singh said on Tuesday that Haryana would be fully developed only when there is enough clean water to drink for everyone. Birender said that under the 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan', the ruling dispensation will not leave any stone unturned to provide clean water facility in the villages. He added that soon the government will form a 'Panchvarshi' yogna, under which every village will get Rs 80 Lakh for the purpose of development.
