IMD declares monsoon onset over South Bay of Bengal, South Andaman Sea

This year's monsoon onset over the South Bay of Bengal, the South Andaman Sea, the Nicobar Islands, and some parts of the North Andaman Sea regions is the earliest recorded in the past seven years.
