Disney villains unite in first trailer of ‘The Descendants’

The Disney Channel has just revealed its first trailer for “The Descendants”, which sees Maleficent (Kristin Chenoweth), the “Evil Queen (Kathy Najimy), Cruella de Vil (Wendy Raquel Robinson) and Jafar (Maz Jobrani) deal with their children in today’s world.

Disney is giving fans a fresh take on four of its villains by making them parents.

The Disney Channel has just revealed its first trailer for “The Descendants”, which sees Maleficent (Kristin Chenoweth), the “Evil Queen (Kathy Najimy), Cruella de Vil (Wendy Raquel Robinson) and Jafar (Maz Jobrani) deal with their children in today’s world, reported Digital Spy.

Billed as the “next generation of villains”, Mal (Dove Cameron) is the daughter of Maleficent, Evie (Sofia Carson) is the Evil Queen’s daughter, Carlos (Cameron Boyce) is Cruella de Vil’s son and Jay (Booboo Stewart) is the offspring of Jafar.

The TV movie will debut on the Disney Channel this summer.
