Happy Birthday Aishwarya Rai Bachchan!

Known for her performances in ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’,’Devdas’,’Dhoom 2′ and ‘Jodha Akbar’,the actress has also worked in several overseas projects like ‘Bride and Prejudice’,’Provoked’ and ‘The Pink Panther 2’. However,these have not been as successful as some of her Indian ventures like her recent film ‘Enthiran’ with Rajinikanth.

Aishwarya has been through a string of high-profile romances. The actress’ relationship with Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi generated a lot of buzz,as did her subsequent marriage to Abhishek Bachchan in 2007.

Even though she has been through several highs and lows,many follow her life eagerly. Rai made a lot of headlines this year after her father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan spilled the beans on her pregnancy in June. The actress,who had reportedly signed on for Madhur Bhandarkar’s ambitious magnum opus ‘Heroine’ without disclosing the fact,had to leave the project after an intense debate over the status of a pregnant leading lady in Bollywood.
