Shraddha Kapoor to star in ‘Rock On 2’

‘Ek Villain’ star Shraddha Kapoor has been roped in to play the female lead in ‘Rock On 2’ opposite the previous actors Farhan Akhtar and Arjun Rampal.

‘Ek Villain’ star Shraddha Kapoor has been roped in to play the female lead in ‘Rock On 2‘ opposite the previous actors Farhan Akhtar and Arjun Rampal.

‘Rock On 2’, a sequel of the hit 2008 Indian rock musical film of the same name, will also see Pracchi Desai in a pivotal role.

Debutant director Shujaat Saudagar has come onboard to helm the film, which will be produced by earlier producers Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani.

Shraddha has recently wrapped up the shooting of dance based drama ‘ABCD 2’.

The actress, who sung ‘Galliyan’ in ‘Ek Villain’ and a Kashmiri folk song in ‘Haider’, is also expected to croon again in ‘Rock On 2’.
