Priyanka, Ranveer to star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Bajirao Mastani’?

Priyanka and Ranveer will be playing siblings in Zoya Akhtar’s next, titled ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Bajirao Mastani’ has been making headlines ever since the director expressed a desire to make a film on the iconic Bajirao.

The latest buzz is that songstress Priyanka Chopra will be playing one of the prominent historical characters in the film.

Apparently, the actress has been roped in to reprise the role of Kashibai, Bajirao’s first wife in the film. Priyanka is already working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for the Mary Kom biopic which is directed by Omung Kumar.

Rumours of various actors including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai being associated with the project have also made the rounds.

It’s been said that Priyanka’s ‘Gunday’ co-star Ranveer Singh will also be a part of the period film. The duo will be playing siblings in Zoya Akhtar’s next, titled ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’. However, the film is yet to go on floors.
