Kangana Ranaut’s lawyer responds to the notice sent by Aditya Pancholi and wife

“The defamation notice received by the Advocate representing Mr. Aditya Pancholi and Ms. Zarina Wahab have been duly replied to. My client who has been a victim of crime has largely spoken about her personal experiences, which were already reported on various media platforms since the year 2007. Besides, the laws of the land do not give any added advantage to any male person to silence any (victim) woman under the threat of filing defamation proceedings against her,” Rizwan said

Kangana Ranaut talked about her abusive relationship with Aditya Pancholi on a television show Aap Ki Adaalat which didn’t go down well with Pancholi and his family.

When indianexpress.com got in touch with Pancholi, he confirmed the news but sadly couldn’t give us more details about the notice. He said in a short conversation, “Yes, I have sent a legal notice to her (Kangana Ranaut). My lawyer has asked me to not talk about it since the matter is sub judice. I hope you understand.”

Earlier, Bollywoodlife.com quoted Aditya accusing Kangana of lying about the entire matter. “She is lying that’s why I am taking legal action against her. I don’t know about other people, but as far as my story goes and what she has spoken about me, she has said all lies. She has to prove that I have done that. My family is very much affected by it. My wife and I will take legal action,” he said.

Even his wife Zarina Wahab has issued various statements on different platforms against Kangana.
