Anupam Kher to play Sushant Singh Rajput’s father in MS Dhoni biopic

Directed by Neeraj Pandey the film titled ‘MS Dhoni – The Untold Story’ is making a biopic on the life, family and career of India’s most respected cricketer, MS Dhoni.

A lot has been said about the currently underproduction biopic on cricketer MS Dhoni, however the latest we hear is that veteran actor Anupam Kher will also be seen in the film. In fact Kher will be seen playing Sushant Singh Rajput‘s father Pan Singh in the film.

Confirming the same Anupam Kher says, “Yes it is true I am in the film and will be playing Sushant’s father, however I cannot reveal any more details of it.” Directed by Neeraj Pandey the film titled ‘MS Dhoni – The Untold Story’ is making a biopic on the life, family and career of India’s most respected cricketer, MS Dhoni. Interestingly this will be the fourth time director Neeraj Pandey will be collaborating with Kher, earlier being for films like ‘A Wednesday’, ‘Special 26’ and ‘Baby’.

Produced by Fox Star Studios, ‘MS Dhoni – The Untold Story’ is expected to commence shooting in August in Dhoni’s hometown Ranchi and is slated for release next year.
