Akshay Kumar’s ‘Rustom’ to have a murder mystery

‘Rustom’ will be Akshay’s third collboration with Neeraj post ‘Special 26’ and ‘Baby’. The movie is tentatively scheduled to release next year on Independence Day weekend.

Akshay Kumar’s next film with director Neeraj Pandey titled ‘Rustom’ will have all the trappings to provide you with an edge of the seat thriller. While the movie is being billed as a romantic one, we have learnt that providing a twist to the tale will be a murder mystery.

“‘Rustom’ will not just have a strong romantic plot but also a thrilling murder mystery. It’s a beautiful story that the audience will connect to and the puzzling murder will keep you riveted with interesting twist and turns,” said a source.

For the moment, the hunt is on to cast and finalise two leading ladies for the film. “For the moment, the makers are keen on signing new faces keeping in mind the plot. However, nothing’s been finalized for the moment,” teh source further added.
