American grandmaster and popular streamer Daniel Naroditsky died from cardiac arrhythmia due to an accidental overdose, according to the toxicology report. Autopsy showed a mix of substances in his system, but no evidence of intentional or unintentional overdose. Friends had noticed Naroditsky's altered mental state before his death.
