Honor has announced the launch of the Honor 7X, at an event in London. The phone was launched alongside the company’s flagship phone, the Honor View 10.
The 7X is Honor’s new 5.93-inch phone to offer smartphone users a Full HD display, which comes with an 18:9 aspect ratio. This device is run by the company’s Kirin 659 SoC, and a 3340mAh battery. With the Honor 7X, consumers can use the rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, and experience a dual-rear camera setup.
This smartphone comes with a 16MP + 2MP dual-rear setup, with an 8MP selfie camera. With the rear cameras, users can enjoy auto-focus and PDAF. The 16MP primary sensor is assisted in the cameras by the 2MP depth sensor. Users can enjoy a 4GB RAM with the phone, with internal storage options of 32GB and 64GB. For both models, the phone’s memory can be expanded to 256GB via microSD card support.
The phone provides connectivity options of Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS and a micro USB port. This 4G VoLTE-enabled smartphone also offer ambient light, proximity and digital compass sensors. The phone has been launched at Rs 12,999.
