Akshay Kumar and John Abraham,who were last seen dancing together in Garam Masala,are all set to showcase the same chemistry in their film Desi Boyz. The duo will be seen dancing for two numbers in the film. One is a club number which was shot in a snazzy club set up in Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai. Both Akshay and John will be seen in black suits doing several pelvic thrusts as their signature steps, said choreographer Bosco. On the other hand,the title track of the film which they shot together,is more stunt-driven and both the actors will be seen attempting daring stunts. Part of the song required them to step out of a helicopter mid-air. Both the actors love doing their own stunts,but they performed this without wearing the mandatory safety harness! They took the risk as they were dressed in white,and a harness of any sort would have shown up in close shots, stated the choreographer. Despite being a very risky and dangerous shot,they did it in one take. Debutant director Rohit Dhawan was nervous about his actors doing something so risky and heaved a sigh of relief when the shot got over. Desi Boyz also stars Deepika Padukone,Chitrangda Singh and Omi Vaidya. The film is about two guys who lose their jobs and then compete with each other to get a job as a pole dancer at a club. The film,produced by Eros International,is slated to release on November 25.
