As per the enforcement wing of the Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) in Gurgaon, over 4,500 properties across various phases have been flagged for flouting construction norms.
The three men – Ramesh, Gangaram alias Sunny, and K Selvaraj – posed as police officers and targeted unsuspecting travellers, said the Gurugram Police.
