Ingredients: 2 red bell peppers, 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, 3 garlic cloves (roughly chopped), 1 tomato chopped, 3/4 cup bread crumbs, 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds, 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp honey and 1/2 tsp salt. (Photo: @vinsplate)
