Missing girl found in B’lore

Madhura Devidas Takale,20,a resident of Sadashiv Peth,who had gone missing from Hinjewadi area on Wednesday,has been found in Bangalore on Saturday.

The police had found her two-wheeler,footwear and dupatta near a bridge at Ghotavade in Mulshi taluka. It was initially thought that she was kidnapped or murdered,but now that she has been found,police suspect that she purposely left her belongings near the bridge and went to Bangalore.

Madhura’s family members had lodged a missing report at Vishrambaug police station. Then the police had issued a press release appealing people to contact her family if anyone knows about her whereabouts.

Police inspector Motichand Rathod of Vishrambaug police station said,“Our team had gone to Bangalore for getting Madhura back to Pune. It is not yet confirmed why she had gone to Bangalore. Once our team returns,we will be able to give the correct information.”

Sources from police department said that before she went missing,Madhura had called her sister saying that she had lost the way while driving. Police then started questioning her friends. Police said that a friend,who is believed to be her boy friend,informed them that she was in Bangalore. A police team then left for Bangalore to get her back to Pune. When contacted,one of her family members said,“We will not say anything unless she reaches back home.”
