(Express photo by Chitral Khambhati) Bihar Election NDA Manifesto: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Jagat Prakash Nadda on Friday released the manifesto of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) for the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections, scheduled to be held next month.
In its manifesto, the NDA also promised to give Rs 10 lakh to people from Economically Backward Classes (EBC) in Bihar if voted to power, Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary told news agency PTI.
The state BJP shared a list of promised made by the NDA in its manifesto, which include one crore government jobs for the citizens, Mega Skill Centres in every district, financial aid for one crore women through the ‘Lakhpati Didi’ scheme, and ‘Mission Crorepati’ for women entrepreneurs in the city, among other developmental steps.

“We have focused on every individual. We provided jobs and employment opportunities in Bihar and will continue to do so in the future. We have prioritised farmers, women, the Dalit community, and all other sections of society. The NDA has worked for the people in the past and will keep doing so in the years to come,” the Dpeuty CM told PTI following the release of the manifesto.
Chaudhary also announced that besides Patna, metro train services will be introduced in four additional more cities in the city.
Commenting on development plans in Bihar, the Deputy CM said that 10 new industrial parks will be opened in Bihar, adding that, if voted to power, NDA would attract investments of Rs 50 lakh crore in five years, PTI quoted Chaudhary.
He also announced NDA ‘s plan to set up hundred MSME parks under the ‘Vocal for Local’ pledge. “The agricultural exports will also be doubled through ‘Made in Bihar’ scheme, Chaudhary said, once NDA gets elected in the upcoming elections.
Declaring support to gig workers and autorickshaw drivers, the Deputy CM said they would be provided with financial assistance as well as skill development trainings in the coming future.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was also present at the event held in Patna, along with Upendra Kushwaha, Chirag Paswan, Samrat Chaudhary, Jitan Ram Madhi and other leaders of the alliance.
Hailing the mainfesto as a representation of the “guarantees of five Pandavs”, Bihar BJP president Dilip Jaiswal said, “The manifesto for Bihar stands for the guarantee of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the trust of Nitish Kumar, and the vision of a united Bihar. This manifesto is a roadmap for realizing the dream of a developed Bihar through strong unity.”
