Karnataka KCET 2024: Registration link to reopen today

KCET 2024 registration date: The candidates can now register for exam till April 4 upto 4 pm. Earlier the last date to apply was March 15. The date for the submission of online fees has also been extended till April 4 upto 6 pm .

KCET 2024 registration date: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) today will be reopening the registration window for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2024. The portal will be accessible for candidates yet to apply from March 30 to April 4 till 4 pm. Additionally, the fee payment window will be available till 8 pm, April 4 on the official website – cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

The application registered within the extended period between March 30 and April 4 will be assigned Bengaluru as their exam centre. 

The official notice mentions, “For the benefit of the students, KEA has extended the dates several times to register and to apply for CET 2024 scheduled to be held on 18-04-2024 and 19-04-2024. But still some students are requesting to enable the portal for registration”.

The KCET 2024 exam is scheduled to take place on April 18 and 19, for students taking admission to various disciplines such as engineering, medical, dental, architecture, and other health science courses. The exam dates were revised to avoid clashes with the National Defence Academy (NDA) exams.

The initial registration window for KCET 2024 was opened from January 10 and February 20, 2024, with a brief closure from January 13th to 17th due to unavailability of SATS service interruptions. In response to applicant needs, KEA extended the registration deadline to February 23. KEA again reopened the registration portal from March 12 to March 15 for late applicants.
