Eric Kilburn Jr., a 16-year-old football player from Goodrich High School in Michigan, has set two Guinness World Records for having the largest feet and hands of any living teenager, reports The New York Post.

At 6’10”, Eric Kilburn’s impressive physique includes size 23 shoes, measuring 13.5 inches, and hands spanning 9.13 inches, exceeding average sizes.

“People are usually amazed and feel comfortable starting conversations with me about the size of my feet and hands,” Kilburn told Guinness. “I meet lots of interesting people this way.”

Kilburn’s exceptional height brought unique challenges. Since 5th grade, he couldn’t find shoes in stores, and custom-made shoes ($1,500+) were unaffordable. Painful foot issues arose from wearing Crocs in Michigan’s snowy winters.

However, his story caught attention, and Under Armour, Reebok, and NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal stepped in to provide properly fitting shoes.

“I was deeply moved by the outpouring of support and kindness from strangers. It was truly inspiring to see how many people genuinely care about helping others.”

“Starting the Big Shoe Network with my mom was a natural response to the kindness we received. I want to pay it forward and help those struggling to find clothes and shoes that fit, just like I was helped when I needed it most.”

In an exclusive interview with Guinness World Records, Kilburn expressed his gratitude: “Being part of the 2025 edition is surreal. This life-changing experience has allowed me to spread a message of self-acceptance and inspire others to embrace their differences.”
