After much deliberation over withdrawing from the presidential debate, Republican candidate Donald Trump has agreed to debate with Vice President Kamala Harris on September 10 on ABC News.

The debate which was earlier accepted by both the leaders went into limbo when Trump suggested that he might not participate in it due to ABC News’ stance toward Republicans.

Trump informed about his decision to be a part of the debate on his social media platform Truth Social.

In the post, Trump said, “I have reached an agreement with the Radical Left Democrats for a Debate with Comrade Kamala Harris. It will be Broadcast Live on ABC FAKE NEWS, by far the nastiest and most unfair newscaster in the business, on Tuesday, September 10th, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.”

Mentioning about the rules of the debate, Trump recalled his June 27 debate with President Joe Biden on CNN which went viral and eventually made the incumbent president withdraw from the presidential bid for November elections. Trump said his upcoming debates’ rule will be similar to that of CNN.

“The Rules will be the same as the last CNN Debate, which seemed to work out well for everyone except, perhaps, Crooked Joe Biden. We have also been given assurance by ABC that this will be a ‘fair and equitable’ Debate, and that neither side will be given the questions in advance (No Donna Brazile!),” Trump wrote in the post.

Trump further detailed another debate which was scheduled on Fox News on September 4 to which he had agreed but there was no confirmation from the Kamala Harris’ camp.
