Trump claims Epstein ‘stole’ young women who worked at his Mar-a-Lago resort

Trump, on Monday, said that he never visited Jeffrey Epstein’s private island and turned down an invitation to go there, calling it a decision he now sees as wise.

US President Donald Trump alleged that Jeffrey Epstein “stole” young women who worked at the spa at his Mar-a-Lago resort, claiming that the disgraced financier’s actions were the reason behind their falling out.

He further mentioned Virginia Giuffre, who is one of Epstein’s most prominent accusers, as his employee who was “stolen”.

On his way back from Scotland, the US president said Epstein “took people, I say ‘don’t do it anymore’, you know they work for me.”

He claimed that the women were “taken out of the spa, hired by him — in other words, gone.”

“I said, listen, we don’t want you taking our people,” Trump alleged.

On being asked if Giuffre was one of the employees poached by the disgraced financier, Trump said, “he stole her.”

Meanewhile, Trump on Monday said that he never visited Jeffrey Epstein’s private island and turned down an invitation to go there, calling it a decision he now sees as wise.

“I never had the privilege of going to his island, and I did turn it down,” Trump told reporters while in Scotland. “In one of my very good moments, I turned it down,” he said, according to Reuters.

Earlier, a former Jeffrey Epstein employee, who was one of the first women to accuse Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell of sexual abuse, stated that she had called for an FBI investigation into a troubling encounter with Trump at Epstein office nearly thirty years ago.

Maria Farmer told The New York Times that she reported Epstein and Maxwell to authorities in 1996, where she also mentioned Trump’s name due to an unsettling meeting she had with him at Epstein’s Manhattan office in 1995.

During the incident, Farmer was called by Epstein “unexpectedly” at his office in Manhattan late at night.

Upon arriving, she could see Trump coming in a business suit, who soon started to hover over her and stare at her legs while she was wearing running shorts.

Epstein then entered and allegedly told Trump, “No, no. She’s not here for you.” Both men walked out of the room, and Farmer overheard Trump comment that he thought she was 16 years old.

“I have long wondered what law enforcement did with my complaints in 1996 and again in 2006,” Farmer told The New York Times.

The White House rejected Farmer’s claims, stating that Trump was “never” at Epstein’s office.

Pam Bondi told Trump his name is in Epstein files

US Attorney General Pam Bondi informed Trump in May that his name appears in Department of Justice (DOJ) records related to the Epstein investigation, according to a Wall Street Journal report published Wednesday.

Bondi’s briefing reportedly included mention of several other high-profile figures named in the files.

While the White House initially dismissed the report as “fake news”, a senior official later clarified to Reuters that the administration was not denying that Trump’s name appeared in the documents. Much of the material, the official said, had already been included in a dossier shared with conservative influencers earlier this year.

Trump’s past association with Epstein is well-documented, including appearances on 1990s flight logs of Epstein’s private jet and entries in his contact book. Even during Maxwell’s 2021 trial, Epstein’s pilot testified that Trump flew on the plane multiple times, though Trump has denied those claims.
