Thyrocare founder opts for Ola to return after dinner (Image source: Representational image/Pexels)Dr Arokiaswamy Velumani, the founder of Thyrocare Technologies, recently shared a story on X highlighting his preference for simplicity over luxury. After enjoying a meal at a five-star hotel, he opted to take an Ola cab instead of a high-end vehicle.
“True Luxury in Life. In a 5-star hotel portico. At 10:30 pm. After dinner, I called for OLA,” he said.
While waiting for the cab, he found himself surrounded by people asking for selfies. What caught his attention, though, was the line of expensive cars parked behind the Ola cab. “Long queue. All high-end cars of the rich are behind the OLA patiently. When I sat in OLA it shocked all.” he noted.
